Day 10
Woke up and ate an omelet with green peppers and a little bit of cheese. Went on a 4 mile run, plus a lap. Had an apple and a salad, later a bowl of teriyaki vegetables, then one pumpkin chocolate chip cookie at my friends house (yup), a banana and a bowl of sunrise cereal. It was an ok day! I feel good today, not amazing but good.

I love the fit challenge that you are doing. I always find it interesting to see what others do for fitness and food. I have a nagging 10-15lbs I can't get rid of from traveling and too many cookouts/parties. Reading your entries is very inspirational to me! Keep it up!
P.S. Yes, I LOVE my Hunter boots. They are super comfy and keep my feet warm & dry. Not to mention that I get endless people complimenting me and asking about them. :)
