Cheese heads

Ok, SOOO much has happened in the last couple of months slash weeks slash even days! Things have been go go go. I won't lie, I kinda like having a lot going on like it has been. But it is kinda relaxing today not having much planned but to blog, cuddle and play with my finley, and go look for some odds and ends for our "pad". Sounds like a good day to me. Plus, it is friday.. which equals the weekend.. and not only the weekend but LABOR day weekend!! woo woo! so NO SCHOOL MONDAY! haha.. we've been entertaining the thought of going camping.. but after our big dental BBQ picnic last night, and feeling how hot it was, I don't know if it is such a good idea.. my air conditioned bedroom sounds better for me, and finley!! I do have a few different things that I was wanting to post about.. but I just don't know if its worth it to make a million posts.. so maybe I'll do a small readers digest version of the most important points.

Finley had her blessing day the weekend before we left for wisconsin.. she looked beautiful, and her daddy did such a good job. She didn't make a peep during the blessing, ben may or may not have almost dropped her when he went to show her off to the congregation but that is beside the point :)

Next "Big thing", we have officially moved to Wisconsin.. we live in Cedarburg, just outside of Milwaukee.. and we LOVE it. cutest little town ever. they have festivals here all the time, and Im getting really excited for the harvest festival right around the corner. Its supposed to be amazing here in the fall, and I believe it because there are so many deciduous trees here!

Last thing that I will blog about now.. bens white coat ceremony and his first week of school! We are so lucky to be going to Marquettes school of dentistry. I have met all the faculty, and was given a tour and it is so amazing! its all new facilities, and everyone is so warm, and you can really tell they want there students to succeed. Not only that but we have been blessed with an instant group of friends here. So happy to be where we are. I won't lie.. I totally cried when My parents left (they helped us move and got us all situated into our new world out here, which I am SOOO greatful for), but that is just to be expected. Finley is Two months tomorrow so there will be another update stat!

1 month!

FInley at one month old! (a little late, but better late then never!) I still cannot believe my little girl is past one month now! She is growing so fast! At one month finley is... -snuggleing like crazy.. she loves to wrap her little arm around my arm, and grabs my shirt with the other hand and nuzzles in. I love it so so much! -She coos and smiles at us every morning -is very wiggly while she is awake, and a very alert baby -she can already army crawl, she does it whenever she does tummy time.. no joke. -She holds her head up great all by herself (not for super long, but she does it a lot) -Is a pro eater -likes to stick her tongue out -she crosses her legs like a frog all the time -covers her face with her hand while sleeping -she has had one babysitter.. ALI and BROCK!! she loves them :) -she always makes an o shape with her lips.. its the classic finley face -loves to be held... all the time -she has grown out of two of her newborn jammies.. makes me super sad.. my little newborn is growing up!

We love her more then anything.
